Launching an IT Training Program for Beginners: Business Analysis Bootcamp

MODUS X has initiated a two-month training program for individuals who are just starting their journey in the tech world or looking to change careers — the Business Analysis Bootcamp.

As part of the program, participants will experience:

• Two months of intensive training featuring real-world cases and practical tasks led by top experts,
• Mentorship support,
• A final project presentation.

The best graduates will have the opportunity to join a paid internship program offered by MODUS X and Creatio. This internship will include Low Code/No Code development on the Creatio platform and working on real-world business cases.

For the official launch of the program, 30 participants who successfully passed the selection process were invited. The top-performing graduates will proceed to the internship stage, with the potential to receive job offers upon completion.

MODUS X CEO Dmytro Osyka addressed the participants, sharing the company’s story, its key areas of work, and answering students' questions.

“I started my career as a programmer and worked my way up to the position of CEO and IT Director of DTEK Group. Throughout this journey, I have never regretted linking my life with technology. It’s all about continuous development and self-improvement. I hope each of you will also find your place in the tech world and achieve your goals. I believe the Business Analysis Bootcamp will become your springboard into IT,” said Dmytro Osyka.

Chief Human Resources Officer of MODUS X, Snizhana Katsiuba, also spoke about the opportunities the company offers and how to effectively and productively utilize them.

The program was presented by Project Manager and Head of L&D at MODUS X, Maria Shydlovska, alongside mentor and Head of Business Analysis at MODUS X, Denys Chuiev. They outlined what participants can expect during the training and shared tips to help them succeed in the program.

“Among our mentors are those who once started their journeys through similar training programs. Today, they are true professionals in their field, sharing their experience and showcasing impressive results. I believe that when we launch the next bootcamp, some of today’s students will join our mentor team,” emphasized Maria Shydlovska.
