Future Plans, Support for the Armed Forces, and Recognizing Excellence — Highlights from the 2024 Townhall

MODUS X held its annual end-of-year event, Townhall 2024, in an engaging online format. The event summarized the accomplishments of 2024 and unveiled ambitious plans for 2025. The program featured speeches from the company’s leadership, an interactive panel discussion, the recognition of top employees, and a fundraising initiative to purchase a pickup truck for a colleague serving in Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

CEO Dmytro Osyka expressed gratitude to the team for their hard work, which enabled MODUS X to secure spots in top tech rankings and continue its growth trajectory. He outlined the company’s key priorities for 2025, including integrating customer experience (CX) into all facets of operations, increasing external sales volumes, and expanding R&D capabilities.

"I’m incredibly proud of my team, which not only achieved our set goals but also laid the groundwork for transforming MODUS X into a leader in Ukraine’s tech market. 2024 was a year of challenges and achievements. We strengthened our position domestically, enhanced customer experience, and continued evolving, bringing us closer to our goal of becoming a product-and-service company," emphasized Osyka.

CTO Yevhenii Horbachov highlighted the progress made in developing the company’s R&D function and fostering a culture of innovation, which will enable MODUS X to create impactful product solutions and solidify its leadership in the Ukrainian tech industry. Meanwhile, CHRO Snizhana Katsiuba presented initiatives focused on enhancing the company’s corporate culture and team development.

During the panel discussion, hosted by CCO Iryna Hodovaniuk, practice leaders from MODUS X shared key achievements from their projects and insights into technologies poised to reshape the market in 2025.

A special segment of the event was dedicated to supporting Volodymyr Melnyk, a colleague currently defending Ukraine in the Kharkiv region. Together, employees raised a substantial amount to purchase a pickup truck for his unit’s operational needs. This initiative once again demonstrated the company’s commitment to supporting its own, even in the most challenging times.
