MODUS X Continues to Grow – Strengthens Position in Ukraine’s TOP 50 IT Companies Ranking by DOU

MODUS X is solidifying its position in the Ukrainian IT market and demonstrating dynamic growth by securing a place in the updated TOP 50 IT Companies in Ukraine ranking by DOU for the second half of 2024. The company is one of the few that continue to actively expand their team, increasing the number of specialists over the past six months. At the same time, MODUS X is strengthening its expertise in key areas, including digital transformation, cybersecurity, and the development of high-tech solutions.

According to DOU data, in the second half of 2024, only 16 companies managed to increase their number of specialists, three maintained a stable workforce, while the rest faced downsizing. Among the companies that demonstrated positive growth were nine product companies, three hybrid companies, and four service and outstaffing companies—including MODUS X.

Against the backdrop of an overall market decline (a net loss of 858 specialists among Ukraine’s TOP 50 IT companies), MODUS X remains a stable employer and continues to invest in the development of its teams.

As of early 2025, the company employs 655 specialists, 90% of whom are technical experts. Over the past year, MODUS X has not only expanded its team but also actively developed R&D initiatives, focusing on innovations in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and product development.

Thanks to sustainable growth and a strategic approach to development, MODUS X continues to strengthen its position as one of the most dynamic IT companies in Ukraine.
