Open-Minded — Oksana Borysiuk and the development of the AI community

When Oksana joined MODUS X, her path started with business analysis. But very soon, she became the driving force behind our internal AI community. That’s how AI Coffee Talks were born — regular meetups where colleagues discuss how to integrate machine learning tools into their projects.

As a technology partner of the DTEK Group, MODUS X plays an active role in spreading innovative digital solutions in the energy sector — and this initiative became an important part of our internal transformation. It’s not just about sharing knowledge; it’s about building a culture of innovation.

“I love my job for the opportunity to work with cool people, be part of the artificial intelligence community, constantly develop, discover new technologies, and participate in interesting projects that change the innovative world,” Oksana shares.

Her recognition in the Open-Minded category acknowledges not only her technical expertise but also the environment she creates — one that inspires exploration, learning, and openness to the new.

Customer-Centric — Dmytro Dudchenko and service rooted in empathy

Being customer-centric means more than responding to requests — it means hearing more than what is said. That’s exactly how Dmytro works. He has led a number of initiatives that strengthened our service and built customer trust.

One of the key projects was aimed at improving the customer experience — a series of initiatives that helped MODUS X optimize communication, automate typical inquiries through a chatbot, update user instructions, and more.

“The customer should be at the center of all processes. It is important not only to satisfy current requests, but also to anticipate future requirements, creating a convenient and efficient service,” Dmytro emphasizes.

Thanks to his approach, customer interactions have become more transparent, and satisfaction levels have significantly increased. This is a vivid example of how customer-centricity at MODUS X is not an abstract concept — it’s about real actions.

Entrepreneurial — Alex Vygodski and entrepreneurial thinking at the scale of MODUS X

Oleksii is someone who isn’t afraid to take responsibility. His journey at MODUS X is a story of building from the ground up: processes, teams, IT delivery approaches. He stands behind some of the company’s most strategic projects — including DTEK One Click, the digital transformation of document workflows within the DTEK Group.

His mindset is entrepreneurial in action. He creates technological foundations, builds teams around ideas, and always evaluates projects through the lens of user experience, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

“For me, entrepreneurial thinking is the ability to think like a person who invests their own resources, takes responsibility for the decisions they make and their consequences,” says Alex.

His award is a recognition of deep strategic impact on the company’s development — and a reminder that at MODUS X, you’re not just allowed to realize ideas, you’re empowered to build the environment where they thrive.

eXcitement — Oleh Duda and a team atmosphere that energizes

Oleh is a voice of calm, energy, and reliability in the world of tech support. He knows that harmony in a team doesn’t begin with instructions — it begins with respect and attention to each person. That’s why his team initiative — implementing tools for sharing news, ideas, and requests — has become the foundation of a healthy team climate.

It’s also about the strategy of small but steady steps: adapting to change, being supportive in tough times, and having a sincere desire to help. All of this builds a work atmosphere people genuinely want to be part of.

“Receiving this award is a reflection of how my support and assistance has ever positively impacted someone on the team, as well as the result of my dedication and ability to build harmonious working relationships,” Oleh notes.

This is a story about how eXcitement doesn’t always mean a high-profile project or flashy presentation. Sometimes it’s the quiet strength of a person who creates a space of trust and mutual respect.

United in Diversity — Denys Chuiev and talent development through BA BOOTCAMP

Denys joined MODUS X with a clear vision: real internal growth begins with people. His initiative, BA BOOTCAMP, is more than just a course. It’s a full-fledged educational program for business analysts that has already opened doors into IT for dozens of new specialists.

Built from scratch, the initiative blends theory, hands-on practice, and mentorship — with Denys as a guide for newcomers in both tech and career development. At the same time, he actively promotes openness to diverse experiences, perspectives, and approaches in teamwork.

“A mentor is a person who not only imparts knowledge, but also helps others develop, open up new perspectives, and take steps toward professional growth,” says Denys.

His story is about the power of community, a deep respect for individuality, and the desire to create a space where everyone has the chance to unlock their potential.
