MODUS X Team Joins KNU REX IT FEST Career Fair

Representatives from MODUS X participated in the annual KNU REX IT FEST Career Fair, held from October 28 to 29 and organized by Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The event brought together students eager to begin their journey in IT with companies seeking fresh talent.

MODUS X was honored to serve as the event’s general partner, supporting the growth of talented youth.

As part of the event, MODUS X’s Head of Business Analysis, Denys Chuiev, led an online session with students, sharing insights on:

· What a business analyst does and why their role is essential within a company

· The distinctions between product, project, and process

· How to successfully complete an internship and secure a role at MODUS X

“KNU REX IT FEST has proven to be an excellent venue for discovering young talent. Our team is constantly working to bring more new professionals on board as part of our HR strategy. Soon, we’ll launch a three-month internship for business analysts, with the top interns receiving offers. We also plan to extend this approach to project managers and other positions,” noted Chief Human Resources Officer Snizhana Katsiuba.

Additionally, MODUS X organized a special quest for students, where participant teams "joined" the company as intern business analysts to develop requirements for a web application for recruiters. After pitching their ideas, the MODUS X team selected the most creative concept, awarding the winners with prizes.
